We are seeking a dedicated Purchasing Planner to join the US headquarters in City of Industry.PURCHASING PLANNER (Ref-PP)EFFECTIVELY plan and coordinate for the entire supply chain process for the needs of the beauty collection business unit, local and international customers. Develop up-to-date demand forecast for current and new products, promotional items based on the sales orders, historical demand and POS dataPlan the weekly demand and release purchase orders to the plant in China for finished products based on negotiated price. Support the production planning and interacts extensively to cross functional teams Manage the inventory for U.S., Canada, Mexico and Latin AmericaAssist with inventory liquidationUtilize POS data by performing account management, forecasting and gap analysisWe require a Bachelors Degree in Business Management/Supply Chain/ Operations, a minimum of 2 years of related operations experience and 1 year of data analysis with POS, DataSync, Retail Link, Forecasting or CPFR; proficient in Microsoft Excel & Project, strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills, high sense of responsibility, detail-orientation, sound judgment and flexibility to work extended hours to communicate with China factory. Occasional Travel to China is required.
