Position overview 

This position will work for the Material Operations organization, located in Pomona, CA .
The successful candidate will review Bill of Materials submitted by Engineering.

Responsibilities

Reviewing and approving Bill of Materials submitted by Engineering for accuracy and completeness of information.
Offer Design Manager support to all engineers and contractors.
Follow-up with Engineers on Bill of Materials requiring changes and are pending approval. 
Perform weekly testing of Design Manager. 
Manage a heavy workload of Bill of Materials for current and future projects. 
Heavy interfacing with Engineers and Design Manager support team. 
Provide weekly reports on Bill of Materials status to Management.
Process good receipts for materials received. 

Qualifications

Must have experience with the Bill of Materials process.
Must have ability to validate and accurately analyze information.
Must have experience illustrating excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
Must have strong oral and written communication skills, and be customer focused to understand and appropriately respond to clients' business needs.
Demonstrated experience and ability to support a very heavy fluctuating workload
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and PC/Computing technologies and software.
Must have working knowledge of Design Manager.

Preferred qualifications 

Demonstrated working knowledge or experience with SAP processes and procedures.
