This position will serve as the primary person linking NGC regional sales, customers and work shop operations to prepare, provide and maintain all quotes, ensure deadline information flows to operations and supply chain and manage accounts receivable and invoicing of all work completed. General work responsibilities: Customer Service: Provide quoting, order acknowledgement Work directly with customers to receive all questions and route them internally for answers. Sales Closing / Invoicing, Costing and Pricing: Prepare customer quotes apply prices. Position work requirements: Individual must be able to work independently with minimal guidance required. This implies excellent time management, planning/organization, and decision-making skills. This position requires strong communication skills in Chinese and English languages and the ability to interface with individuals at all levels and functions of the business.
