Handling purchasing documentation and contracts. ? Suppliers sourcing and development. ? Organize supplier data and statistic; ? Preparing suppliers' evaluation reports. ? Regular business visits to suppliers' yards. ? Quoting and negotiating orders with suppliers regularly. ? Prepare and issue claims to suppliers ? To perform any other duties assigned by superior from time to time Requirements: ? AA degree or higher education. ? Good command of Mandarin & English. ? Able to work independently and interested in high-traveling job. Willing to be relocated (New Jersey or Texas). ? Responsible & reliable, Fast-pace, Computer literate, Ambitious, Details oriented. ? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and show exceptional follow through. ? Must be able to time-manage and work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment. ? Must be a team-player, self-starter, and work independently. ? Computer literacy essential with knowledgeable about Microsoft application. ? Self-motivated, self-disciplined and positive attitude. ?
